Background & Experience
With almost 20 years experience working in the event management field, we specialise in organising exclusive entertainment for high-end audiences.
Francesca holds a degree in "Show Business Management", a Master's Degree in "F&B Management", and multiple certificates in Sound Design, Hotel Management, Digital Marketing and Eno-gastronomic Tourism.
Yohana has extensive F&B knowledge and over 20 years experience in luxury hotels as supervisor and coordinator of bars and restaurants with brigades of over 40 people.
We are enthusiastic and dynamic, with great communication and organisational abilities, and a natural inclination for leadership and problem-solving.
Over the years, we have been managing a team of about 30 people, among Musicians, DJs and Technicians for luxury parties around Italy and beyond.
